It’s time to pull out the Cake Fancy stamp set and make some birthday pies—the gluten-free, calorie-free kind. 🤣
This card combines the Cake Fancy stamp set, Sending stamp set & dies, Spotlight on Nature dies, and Basket Weave 3D embossing folder.

With a little trial and error, I landed on this color combination for the first card. Blueberry pie is my favorite. Well, in reality, I like almost all pies. 🤣
and this color combination for the second card. I think this looks a bit like a Cranberry Pie.

Pie and celebrations go hand in hand. I have been known to have a piece of pie for breakfast! It covers the food groups, right? I grabbed the sentiment from the Beautiful Balloons stamp set. A strip of Basic White embossed with the Parisian Flourish 3D embossing folder anchors the focal images. Top it off with a little bow tied with Crumb Cake twine.
CRANBERRY PIE RECIPE
Here is a pie recipe that is both tart and sweet. This is one of my most requested pies during the holidays.
- Put 2 cups of raw washed whole cranberries in an 8″ pie crust.
- Top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup toasted chopped nuts (pecans are the best!).
- Beat 1 egg and 1/3 cup of melted butter and
- add 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
- Mix and pour over the pie filling.
- Bake at 350o F for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy with vanilla ice cream or a dab of whipped cream. Adjust the ingredients if using a 9″ pie crust.
NEW ONLINE EXCLUSIVE
Here is a new bundle that coordinates with the Cake Fancy stamp set. This one has dies. YEAH!!!

CREATE & SHARE,

Beautiful cards! They make me hungry for a piece of pie. Enjoy your day!
Pie is always good. 🙂
I would love to see a comparison of cake fancy and cake celebrations. I love the distinctive look with cake fancy but cake celebrations has dies. Although maybe too many dies.
I have also been eyeing the Cake Celebrations bundle in the Online Exclusives! The ‘cake’ is smaller, but I do like the dies. There are lots of possibilities there.
