I absolutely love the Hometown Greetings stamp & die set and could not wait to use it again on this Christmas card. I was scrolling through my saved card ideas and came across this beauty by Patty Metz.

And here is my version

snowflake embossed card with cluster of pine boughs and church

This simply elegant card was fun to create.

COLOR COMBINATION

I die-cut the star from Champagne Glimmer Paper for a little sparkle.

STARRY SKY CREATION

Time to flick some ink. I used my Water Painter dipped in White Craft Ink to flick ink onto a full sheet of Night of Navy cardstock. TIP: Let it dry overnight for the best results.

Flicking can be a messy process. I like to put the paper into a cardboard box and tap the Water Painter on the index finger of my opposite hand. Aim for both small and large drops of ink for the greatest impact.

Alternative to using White Craft Ink.
