Hi everyone! Today we will use some of those tulips and leaves that we made last week. I was inspired by Su Mohr, a very talented fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. This Mother’s Day tulip card came together quickly. I love how the partial embossing and the rounded corners step up the design.
Does anyone remember the song by Al Dubin? Tip-Toe Thru’ the Tulips with Me? I can remember hearing it sung by Tiny Tim and it still makes me smile.
By the window, that is where I’ll be
Come tip-toe through the tulips with me
By the garden of a lily tree
And tip-toe through the tulips with me
We’ll keep the showers away
In the moonlight, will you pardon me?
And tip-toe through the tulips with me
On with today’s project.

- Adhere tulips with and without Dimensionals along the ribbon.
- Use Multi-Purpose Liquid glue and tweezer to tuck leaves into the bouquet.
- Add sentiment with mini black Dimensionals.
- Rip off the colored edge from the Scalloped Linen Ribbon and tie a bow. Attach with a glue dot.
- Grab a coordinating envelope and add some decorative stamping. stenciling or cut some coordinating DSP for the envelope flap.
