Happy Day Everyone! Simple is not my best attribute (as you will see in tomorrow’s post). But here I am with a Super Simple Forever Gold Thank You. Yes, SUPER SIMPLE. So simple that instructions are not necessary. That’s simple. LOL!
Here is my card
- Shimmery White cardstock:
- 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″
- 3-3/4″ x 5″ for card front
- 1-1/4″ x 3-3/4″ for sentiment strip
- 3-3/4″ x 5″ for message insert
- Gilded Autumn Designer Series Paper: 4″ x 5-14″ for layer
- Forever Gold Laser-cut Specialty Paper: large fern
CREATING & ASSEMBLING
- Stamp sentiment from Best Year stamp set with Shaded Spruce ink.
- Thank You for all that you are on the strip
- and every thoughtful thing you do on the message insert
- Add Dimensionals behind the sentiment.
- Place sentiment over fern to adhere fern. TIP: Maybe a little dab of liquid glue on the tips of the fern to keep it from bending.
- Add Gold Glitter Enamel Dots.
- Layer as shown. I went with ‘rocked’ for a little interest.
- Run the envelope through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine in the Subtle embossing folder. This really adds some great texture to the envelope.
