Have you seen the Embossed Treat Bags in the Annual Catalog? I don’t know how I could have overlooked them. But I did. They are plain basic white with embossed lines running vertically from top to bottom.
There are 10 bags that measure 4-3/4″ x 6-1/2″ x 1-1/2″. Customizing the bags is so much fun. Here are some ideas from the catalog.
Lines were free-hand drawn on the bag using Stampin’ Blends.
Stamped images were die-cut and applied to the bag.
MY CUSTOMIZED TREAT BAGS
I am so tickled with how these turned out. Here is what I did to some bags to get ready for my holiday gifting.
I used the blending brushes to add Cherry Cobbler ink to the edges of the bag. Then added a layered sentiment and a tag. And then I did another set of more rustic-looking bags.
On this bag, I dragged the ink pad lightly across the bag from bottom to top. The techniques were done to the backside of the bags too for a more finished look.
