I am so glad that you buzzed in for Day 2 of Bee Week because I Bee Thinking of You. More sharing of the AMAZING Honey Bee Bundle and the FREE Golden Honey Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) from Stampin’ Up!
BEE FACTOID: Honey has antiseptic properties and was historically used as a dressing for wounds and a first aid treatment for burns and cuts. Good to know for all the paper cuts and maybe a scissor mishap.

Here is my card for Day 2 of Bee Week using this bundle of products.
Honey Bee Card with circle cut-out
MEASUREMENTS (Supplies and Links are at the end)
- Whisper White Thick Cardstock: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″
- Gold Foil Sheets: 3-15/16″ x 5-6/16″ plus scrap for banner
- DSP: 3-3/4″ x 5″ plus scrap that includes a full bee and coordinating piece of DSP for 2″ circle punch
- Basic Black Cardstock scrap for sentiment and banner frame
ASSEMBLY (use any die-cutting and embossing machine)
- Punch 2-1/4″ circle from DSP panel.
- Die-cut bee and a flower stem from DSP. HINT: With good planning, you can die-cut these pieces from the circle punched out in Step 1.
- Stamp sentiment with White Craft Ink on Basic Black cardstock. Then heat emboss with white embossing powder. Fussy cut the sentiment.
- Loop Gold Metallic Thread about 3 times around 2 fingers. Adhere to the back of the sentiment.
- Put a Black Dimensional behind the bee.
- Cut a banner from gold foil. My dimensions are 1/2″ x 1″. If you have your Paper Pumpkin leftovers, check them for a gold banner.
- Adhere banner to Basic Black cardstock and fussy cut a frame.
- Assemble card layers as it pleases you.
- Grab a Whisper White Envelope or a Gold Foil Edged envelope and add some decorative stamping.
